Sept. 13: Back-to-School Immunization Clinic
An additional back-to-school immunization clinic has been scheduled!
Where: Dinwiddie Health Department
When: Monday, September 13
9:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Walk-ins are welcome for this clinic. There may be extended wait times.
For the immunization clinic, parents will need to bring:
- Valid ID
- Child’s immunization records
- Health Insurance Card (if applicable)
